ORDER PROCESSING:

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

SHIPPING DELIVERY:

We currently offer 2-day shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. Orders over $75 always qualify for free shipping!

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express Delivery is only available for shipments within the 48 contiguous United States. Express delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am EST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

SHIPPING RATES:

Rates are dependent on type of shipping and weight of items.

• Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday
• All expedited orders require a street address
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
• Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.

International Shipping:

• International shipping is calculated by weight and will be provided at checkout along with the estimated time frame for delivery depending on which option you choose. The Guarded Castle Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties you may owe.

PLEASE NOTE: THE GUARDED CASTLE BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.
